Teri Thomas expects success for herself.  The same is true when she is working with her Buyers and Sellers.  Teri also expects success in meeting their individual goals.

With one parent, a general contractor and the other a Real Estate Broker, being a REALTOR has come natural to Teri. It is in her blood. She became a licensed real estate agent at the age of 18.  By her mid 20's Teri was an Acquisitions Analyst for a major real estate investment developer, searching out properties, analyzing growth patterns, etc. She has been a top producer in the Asheville market since 1987.  This is reflected in her proven track record as a multi-million dollar producer and being in the top 10% of production in a community of 1200 + Realtors. 

Teri values education and recognizes the necessity of keeping up with professional trends in order to better serve her Buyers and Sellers.  She has earned several real estate professional designations including the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate of the Realtors Institute). She also earned a Bachelors and a Masters in Clinical Psychology in 1993 while selling real estate full time!

Her life expanded in 1998 when she married her husband Steve and became an "instant parent" to his four children now ranging from 13 to 23 years of age.  They have added a whole new dimension of joy to her life.
