It is with pride and pleasure that I serve as the Managing Broker of the Beverly-Hanks Commercial Division.
Assisting this professional sales team in their daily endeavors of servicing buyers and sellers to achieve their goals is always a challenging but rewarding task. Being a Western North Carolina native, I have immense pride for our community and the citizens we serve. Also, as a native, I can provide invaluable knowledge and history of the area. Real estate is so much more than a purchase or a sale to me and my team and we all take this responsibility very seriously.
I was a selling real estate agent myself for many years before becoming a Broker in Charge. I have extensive commercial sales experience and a great deal of property management as well. I understand the multitude of legal aspects of a real estate transaction as well as understanding the"human" elements involved. Buyers,sellers, and other agents can feel free to call me for questions or clarification and understanding of any step of the transaction process.
