W. Neal Hanks is President of Beverly-Hanks & Associates Realtors, a full service real estate firm offering residential and commercial marketing, consulting and brokerage services. In addition to his core business platforms, Neal is a principal in several related industry ventures including: Beverly-Hanks Mortgage Services, Cardinal Title Insurance, and Private Mountain Communities. Currently, Beverly-Hanks has offices in Buncombe, Henderson, Haywood, Rutherford and Jackson counties.
Neal’s leadership and success as President of Beverly-Hanks & Associates has led him to be recognized nationally as a real estate industry expert. He is a regular participant in visioning and benchmarking forums with forward thinking peers dedicated to advancing the business and profession of real estate brokerage and its ancillary services.
Neal began his career with Beverly-Hanks & Associates in 1987 upon graduation from Appalachian State University with a degree in Real Estate Brokerage & Finance. He actively serves in the community in a variety of roles including serving on the Board of Directors for Eblen-Kimmel Charities, United Way, and First Citizens Bank.
