Spending quality time with her family is very important to Alysia; she is married to James A. Maher, native of Boca Raton, Florida, Mother of Shannon Maher Banaga -Burke VA / Washington DC, Step-Mother of Kim Maher – California. 

Her Dachshund, Peanut, keeps her on her toes.  She loves to travel, meet new people, exchange ideas, and explore new avenues of education to assist her with her career.
