Together, Jim and Ann, have been in the Real Estate business for over 30 years, and to this day, still love it. It is the challenge of helping clients find just what they determine is the perfect “fit”. It is not so much selling as it is guiding, counseling and assisting.

Ann has lived in the Asheville/Hendersonville area since 1975 and knows the mountains well. Much change has come to western North Carolina during this time and most of it has been good. One change has been the rapidly growing interest in “green building” and sustainable living concepts. Ann has recently been certified as an ECO Consultant, having completed a minimum of 36 hours of class work in these issues. She knows where to find answers and qualified contractors and suppliers for clients who wish to pursue these real estate concepts and is eager to help.

Jim’s business background includes both sales and real estate management. He is adept at sizing up the elements of a property for his clients and looking at the pros and cons of purchasing. He is at his best in finding those “hard-to-find” properties – land or existing homes – and works with enthusiasm and tenacity to bring buyer and seller together.
