That October evening, John, really captured their attention, they listened to him, and for their next anniversary spent several days beginning to learn the area. Well, when Siska said: “This is where I want to live”: you know the rest of the story. They found a beautiful and challenging building lot, Bill began drawing house plans and the wheels began turning to sell their business.
