Bruce was born and raised in Asheville. He has experienced the changes and growth of his hometown as well as Western North Carolina. Because of this experience, Bruce is more equipped to understand WNC demographics as they apply to the commercial property transaction.

Bruce has an extensive financial background. He recently sold his financial and estate planning firm after 25 years of helping clients reach their financial goals. He holds the financial industry's highest professional designations and uses his knowledge to help his commercial clients with their business and investment needs as it applies to real estate.

Bruce is fully committed to the real estate industry as well as his buyers, sellers, lessees and lessors. Bruce and his wife Janice (also in real estate) live north of Asheville in Mars Hill, NC. They love the outdoors and when not tending to real estate, love to hike the mountains, run, camp, golf and bicycle.

Bruce is active in Rotary International, extremely active in charitable administration and fund raising through the years and a consistent top producer for the Greater Asheville area.
