Having been a resident of Henderson County for over 35 years, Chris knows Hendersonville like his own backyard. Chris spent his childhood living in Flat Rock and graduated from Hendersonville High School in 1988. Many things have changed in the area over the past 3 decades, but Chris knows “Henderson County is still the best place to live in the world!”
Chris spent his college years attending North Carolina State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Textile and Apparel Management and was President of Sigma Nu Fraternity. After college Chris spent 12 successful years in the home fashion industry as the Director of Licensing and National Sales for one of Henderson County’s largest employers.
Chris is the proud father of his 9 year old son, Raleigh. They enjoy scouting activities, and Chris is the cub scout leader for Raleigh's scout den.Chris also enjoys serving as Cubmaster for Hendersonville's Pack 601 Cub Scouts, a group of over 60 kids and families in Henderson County.
Hendersonville is the “city of four seasons” offering an abundance of natural beauty and amenities. Chris enjoys Hendersonville’s great outdoors and is an avid cyclist, runner and swimmer.

In the past Chris has served as the President of the North Carolina Mountains MLS, serving Buncombe, Haywood, Henderson and Transylvania Counties. Chris has served as the President of the Hendersonville Board of REALTORS, as a North Carolina Association of REALTORS Director, and has served on the Henderson County Chamber of Commerce."
