I spent the first 20 years of my career in retail, where I was reminded each day the importance of customer service. Quality customer service is more than treating clients with respect; it is also listening to your customers' needs and following through with what you say you are going to do.

It is that lesson I pledge to carry with me as your real estate professional. As your real estate professional, I will focus on your needs and achieving your goals, because I realize a real estate experience doesn't end at the closing. A positive experience can provide lasting memories, and that is my goal. Outside of work I enjoy traveling and spending time with my husband, Scott; daughter, Shea; and our cat and three dogs. I have volunteered for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society since 1999 and can be found working at many of the local running races for the Asheville Track Club.
