    “When Experience Counts”

    You would be hard pressed to find a more experienced and skilled real estate broker than Dean Anderson.  His massive experience and expertise covers so many different facets of the real estate industry that he is a tremendous benefit to home buyers and sellers.

    Dean attended college at St. Cloud State University and the University of Minnesota.  He then enjoyed a long career as the president of a major twenty five million dollar producing manufacturing plant.  While there he introduced the industry’s most technologically advanced systems; systems that are now the standard for the industry.  Dean also spent many years as VP for another manufacturing company responsible for Sales and New Product Development of a $500,000,000. Company developing sales and a distribution network for North America and took this company to an industry leader position.

    Taking his massive business acumen and leadership skills, Dean took a new career direction to real estate when he established his successful real estate career and quickly became the second highest producing real estate broker in the entire Rocky Mountain Region.  For the past 15 years he has excelled at every aspect of real estate in sales, management, as a builder and developer, a Home Owner Association Manager, writing and developing Covenants and By-Laws, writing and implementing Builder review and approval processes, managing sales and marketing, handling negotiations with government agencies (planning and zoning, water rights.)  Need I say more?  If there is ANY aspect of real estate you are considering you can be assured Dean will have the expertise you deserve.  He can help you make those decisions as to the quality of the land, the feasibility of a development, or a re-sale property.  He will help you ask and understand the questions that really need to be answered for you and he will also use his negotiating, contract and financial skills on your behalf.

    His move to North Carolina happened accidentally.  While living and working in the mountains of Colorado as a real estate broker/developer, he and his wife had the opportunity to come to this area on a “short term” development consulting assignment for a friend.  That’s all it took for Dean and his family to fall in love with the area and the people they met here and their “short term” visit resulted in their “long term” decision to make western North Carolina their new home.

    The Andersons have one grown daughter and three  grown sons and soon will be the grandparents of five grandchildren.  With family close to them now, their spare time is spent enjoying their children and participating in the kids’ activities.
