As a resident of Asheville, NC for over 14 years, I enjoy a variety of activities that living in Western North Carolina affords and consider this place my "true home": I am originally from Asheboro, NC (home to the NC Zoological Park) and enjoyed my college experience at Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, NC earning a B.A. in graphic design with a concentration in illustration. After graduating, I lived in Waynesville, NC for several years before relocating to Asheville.
As an entrepreneur with acute business skills, I have owned and built two very successful businesses before commencing my real estate career. I owned both a design company and "Discover Dining & More"; a business well-known to many people in the area. The energy, innovation, discipline, and dedication to customer service that enabled me to succeed as an entrepreneur has transferred beautifully to my real estate career.
My success in real estate is a direct result of being self-motivated, outgoing, personable, honest, creative and aware of my client's individual needs. When I am not working, I can be found spending quality time with my two sons and husband.I feel fortunate that I can mountain bike, hike, fish,golf and play tennis in these beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina. I truly love where I live!
I am also actively involved in my children's school, serving on the PTA board, giving time as a mentor, and volunteering in classes. Additionally, I am an active member of Biltmore Baptist Church, a member of Biltmore Forest Country Club and the Royal Brigade of Guards.
