Asheville Native & Multimillion Dollar Producer

David is an Asheville native who graduated from A.C. Reynolds High School and majored in Physical Education and Marketing at Western Carolina University: He is an avid sports fan who, during his school years, played baseball all over AshevIlle and in college and still plays for a city league. While his children were growing up, he coached in the South Buncombe Youth League and Valley Springs Middle School, and he led the girls' youth softball league to a North Carolina State Championship. David also coached basketball, baseball and softball for Asheville Parks & Recreation and is a former member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer.

Before his real estate career, David enjoyed a successful 25-year career at Wilsonart International in Fletcher, NC. He was the Product Quality Supervisor and International Standards Coordinator. He supervised many employees, wrote procedure manuals, and was also a trouble shooter. During those years he developed excellent organizational and leadership skills that are evident in the quality of work in his real estate career. His clients respect his ability to lead the way to their real estate transaction in an orderly manner. A good listener, David is competitive by nature and works in the best interests of his clients with a quiet, calm demeanor and the epitome of professionalism.

As an Asheville native, David can benefit his clients with his knowledge of the area, its history, and the differences in market areas and values. Having raised two children in the area, he is also highly knowledgeable of the school systems available to newcomers with school age children. As a sports enthusiast, he can confidently direct the golf addict to a variety of golfing opportunities. If healthcare needs are the client's priority, David can also guide them to numerous facilities in the area.

Having been a sportsman all his life, David has absorbed the role of coach --whether working with kids on a sports team, or coaching buyers and sellers in achieving their real estate goals.
