Debbie Kelly believes that life is an adventure.  Each day is a time to live life to the fullest, to learn, to seek, to explore, to experience change. This is Debbie and she embraces life experiences. “It is what life is all about.  It keeps us on our toes, young and vibrant, alert and filled with energy.”

Debbie and her husband John had made almost twenty moves before relocating to Asheville and with her typical positive attitude she says “moving that many times does keep the clutter from accumulating around the house!”  No grass grows under her feet. She totally enjoys the Asheville scene trying out local restaurants, walking, gardening, and decorating her new home.  Her former personal moving experiences help her to keep in mind the moving challenges that her real estate clients confront and she knows how to help them in making their buying and selling decisions and acclimating to their new location.

Moving here from the Naples area of Florida, Debbie enjoyed a highly successful 16 year career with WCI communities at the Colony in Pelican Landing, specializing in new home construction.  She loves being involved in helping to build a new community with people who come here from all over the world. She feels that when a developer has a terrific plan for a new community, it is very gratifying to see those plans set in place to become a tangible living and breathing community. She loves becoming one with the neighborhood; and helping clients obtain their dream home.

On the personal side, Debbie is thankful for the fulfilling life she has enjoyed with her husband of 36 years and their 28 year old daughter. They have traveled extensively and  they participate in the Toys for Tots campaign as well as Marshall University (W. VA) scholarship funding.
