Excellence and Likeability!  At first meeting, Dianne Rule’s amazing smile, caring attitude and obvious experience and knowledge will convince you that it is entirely possible to have both excellence and fun in your real estate transactions.

Dianne grew up one of eight children on an Indiana farm, learning how to cope with life through animals, a large family and hard work. After graduating from high school she moved on from her farm life to the mountains of Colorado where she attended Colorado State.  She married (38 years ago!), and says her best ever personal accomplishment is being mom to three wonderful sons.

Her many years of real estate experience started out in the mortgage lending business and also includes  developing residential subdivisions, setting up and managing homeowner associations, managing the sale of residential lots (2000+) to the public and builders and also becoming a Homeowner Association and Architectural Review Consultant.

All of this work and experience equals relationships with hundreds of families who were working through the exciting process of building, buying or selling their homes and moving into new communities. What could be more important and satisfying?  Her heart’s desire is to make each client’s move as joyful and stress free as possible.

Dianne excels in each and every aspect of life. It’s rare to find a person who can achieve so much in their professional life and family life and still give so much to humanitarian efforts. Dianne is part of a support team with lifetime Christian medical missionaries, Dr. Steve & Nancy James in Haiti, where she has spent time with them in a missionary hospital.

Additionally, for over 20 years she has coordinated “Life Line” women’s groups which  provides encouragement to women in need; her passion being mentoring and advocating for women and marriages. Since moving to western North Carolina she continues to follow her passion of helping others in her community.

Even though Dianne’s clients respect her for all of her knowledge and professionalism, they come to love her for her sense of fun, her spirit and her heart. Her life is centered through her close knit family, which now includes two small granddaughters.
