In 1990, Ginny Lentz found her niche in real estate, following years as a financial consultant-investment broker, publisher, and biology-ecology teacher.   She was born and educated in North Carolina; however, she did not start putting her roots down, literally, until 1989 when she relocated from Charleston, SC. 

Ginny was one of the first ECO-Certified real estate brokers in North Carolina and in the country. She is also a Certified Residential Specialist and Graduate of Realtors Institute and former owner-broker of Blue Ridge Realty of Greater Asheville, which was acquired by Beverly-Hanks & Associates in 2005.

“Real estate is a natural career for me because I love the outdoors. We have a huge responsibility to encourage and practice sustainable development. Our work must honor the land and community where we call home. We need to build (or adapt) our abodes to become healthy-built and more energy efficient!
