Meet Jean Baker

This North Carolina native has lived in Asheville over 30 years. Jean Baker graduated from Wake Forest High School, earned a BA at Guilford College and an MA at Western Carolina University.

Jean's first career consisted of 31 years in the field of Vocational Rehabilitation. Upon retiring in 1999 from this honorable profession she earned her North Carolina real estate license and quickly built a successful full time second career in real estate. By implementing her already fine tuned people skills, her organizational skills, and her "overcoming adversity" attitude that she lived and breathed in her previous profession, Jean has been able to bring the highest level of professionalism and caring to her clients.

Jean is a member of the Central United Methodist Church, and a past member of the Asheville Junior League. She is also the mother of two adult children.
