 When you meet JENNIFER LOEFFLER, the woman with the million dollar smile, you'll soon learn she has much more than a great smile! Her high energy personality equals her high standards!

Jen grew up in small-town Illinois, graduating from Eastern Illinois University in her home town of Charleston with a bachelors degree in Theatre Arts and a minor in Business Administration.

She lived in Chicago for 8 years where she was employed as a corporate relocation coordinator for top-rated Atlas Van Lines.She truly understands how stressful moving can be.Later she worked for an award-winning commercial real estate developer in downtown Chicago, who sparked her interest in real estate.

Like many folks, Jen re-evaluated her priorities after the 9-11 tragedy and decided to leave the big city for a better quality of life. Once the decision was made, there was no question in her mind that it was time to make her favorite "big-small town" and getaway spot into her new home. Having vacationed in Asheville for many years, Jen takes pride in having explored aspects of the area that many natives may have overlooked or not taken time to experience.

Jen loves keeping up with the ever-expanding Asheville condominium market, but finds all types of residential real estate very fulfilling and enjoys the flexibility it gives her to spend quality time with her husband and two step-children.  She also has a soft spot for animals in need and has adopted two rescued dogs, two cats, two abandoned birds and cares for a tank full of fish.

Jen offers the same outstanding performance and personal attention that she gives to everything she takes on. She strongly believes in continuing education, life-long learning, and is a self-professed NPR addict. She is dependable, friendly and determined, and ready to listen to your needs.
