Born and raised in Asheville, Jocelyn is a true native who loves the Asheville area more than any other place in the world. She is the daughter of a local builder and developer, Brent Nappier, and has always been surrounded by the housing and real estate business. While growing up, her passion for real estate developed early, and she has fond memories of visiting construction sites and helping to prepare model homes. Jocelyn spent her childhood living in the historic Grove Park area of North Asheville, and currently resides in West Asheville.
Jocelyn graduated from Asheville High School, and knowing she wanted to stay in the mountains of Western North Carolina, she made the decision to attend Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. There she graduated with a BS in Technology, and a minor in Art. She applies her art design training to her love for interior design and decorating, and can easily envision the endless possibilities a house has to offer as soon as she walks in the door.
Upon graduating from college, Jocelyn took a position in Savannah, GA where she worked as sales manager at The Savannah Bee Company, a gourmet honey and honey based body care company. While working there, she developed her business and marketing skills. Athough Savannah is a wonderful place, soon the call of the mountains and cool breezes brought her back home to Asheville.
As a recent newlywed, Jocelyn enjoys life with her husband Jeff Huntley, a native of Charlotte, and President of Nappier and Turner Construction Company Inc. When not working with real estate clients, you can find Jocelyn making pottery, hiking with her dog, knitting, making candles, or working in the garden. She believes we all have a personal responsibility for this great earth, and is an ECO Certified Realtor.
Jocelyn is a well rounded, down to earth, compassionate, and professional woman that you will enjoy sharing your real estate experience with. Her goal is to take the stress out of buying or selling your home while providing excellent customer service to you and your family.
