Like so many other Asheville residents. I came here on vacation and fell in love with the area and knew we HAD to be here!

Having been in the residential new consturction industry it was only natural that I first built a vacation home here and then shortly thereafter made the permanent move from Florida for "A Whole New Altitude" and "A Whole New Attitude!"

Real estate was no stranger to me as I grew up in a real estate family.  I studied art in college and later found myself in the building business where I enjoyed all aspects of construction from site selection and design to sales.

My art background made it easy for me to read floor plans and then move on to drawing floor plans.  I thoroughly enjoy visualizing a finished product; really "listening" to people and visualizing appropriate selections for them, whether new construction or resale properties.

My eleven years of active real estate experience and my thorough knowledge of the area are definite benefits to buyers and sellers.

Hiking throughout our gorgeous mountain trails and playing golf, (I consider myself an "avid hacker"), continue to offer the same joy that I experienced on my very first visit to Asheville those many years ago.

Providng real estate services to buyers and sellers in Asheville and the surrounding areas is much more than a job with me, it is a vocation.
