Kathy brings an analytical and research-oriented approach to the local real estate industry. She has an educational background in Mathematics and Chemistry, as well as prior work experience as a Forensic Chemist with the New Jersey State Police and seasonal work as an Enrolled Agent at H&R Block. Naturally, she was inherently drawn to the logical and methodical aspects of real estate. She is diligent and hard-working, bringing enthusiasm and determination to the team.

Pisgah National Forest originally drew Kathy to the area 25 years ago, after having lived in South Florida. She is an avid outdoor enthusiast and a mainstay at Headwaters Outfitters in Rosman, promoting outdoor adventuring and conservation of the natural resources. She loves that real estate gives her the opportunity to share what she enjoys about the area and the reasons she chose to live in Transylvania County. When she is not working she is often found on the water, kayaking, canoeing, or fishing.
