Pat Bryant is a true “son of the south”. He was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia and lived within sixty miles of Atlanta his entire life until he and his family relocated to Asheville for his position as Assistant Men’s Basketball coach at UNC-Asheville. He also received his education in the great state of Georgia. At West Georgia College he earned the following: B.S. in Recreation, B.S. in Physical Education, and also an M.Ed in Physical Education.
Before a highly successful pharmaceutical sales career ranking 1st in his District and in the top 10 nationally, and his current career in real estate sales, Pat enjoyed a nineteen year career working in college athletics. It began as Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach at Oglethorpe University in Atlanta and then the same position at Kennesaw State University in Marietta, Georgia. From there he had eight successful years as the Head Men’s Basketball Coach at Shorter College in Rome, Georgia. One of the many highlights included rebuilding the program and in his third year on the job his team achieved its first winning season in 12 years. Then it was on to Asheville where Pat began his career at UNC-Asheville as Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach and later as Associate Athletic Director for Marketing and Development where he excelled in both positions.
Pat excels at everything he touches; from coaching basketball to the duties of fundraiser, corporate sales partnerships, game management, promotions, scouting, recruiting or selling real estate! He is committed to continued educational growth in his industry and has earned three professional designations; the prestigious CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation, RCC (Residential Construction Certified) and CNHS (Certified New Home Specialist).
Pat Bryant is used to excelling and winning. He also knows that no one is a “natural born winner.” It takes aggressive hard work, dedication and commitment for the job at hand. Many of the skills he developed in his years in athletics are the same skills that make him successful in working effectively with buyers and sellers of real estate. He uses these skills to make YOU the winner in the very serious business of buying and selling real estate whether for your personal use or for investment property.
Pat was elected to a 2nd term on the Buncombe County Board of Education in November 2010 and is committed to serving this great community. That dedication to service carries over into his work with his clients in real estate as well. He and his wife Debbie have two children; Caitlin, who is a senior at UNC Asheville and a Math Scholar, and Hunter, who is a freshman at UNC Asheville on the Bulldog baseball team. Debbie works for the Buncombe County Schools as the Coordinator of Healthful Living for the entire school system. Together they work tirelessly volunteering their time to the schools; youth league programs and the several service clubs of which they are members. They are “in tune” with this great community and Pat takes that customer service mantra to help you buy or sell real estate in western North Carolina.
