RANDY BLANKENSHIP

Randy is an Asheville area native who has lived in the Mars Hill area most of his life. He graduated from Mars Hill College with a BS in Business Administration.

He has been in sales and marketing for 27 years.  After college he was in the insurance business for several years and then took a detour from his beloved Western North Carolina Mountains while enjoying a successful career in Charlotte, North Carolina, with an International Shipping company servicing major importers.

Eventually he and his family happily returned to Asheville and shortly thereafter began his real estate career. Randy is just one of those people who like making other people happy. He seems to be blessed with a happy spirit that is contagious and that ability combined with his obvious serious commitment to each individuals real estate needs and goals have made him a seriously favorite realtor.

If golf happens to be your interest, Randy is your man. As an avid golfer he can provide all the details you want regarding pretty much any golf course in the area.

Randy is a dedicated father with two grown children who are both college students.  He is also dedicated to his community and is very modest and humble regarding his over 25 years of highly active service  in the NC Masonic organization. These truly worthwhile causes include the Shrine Burn Center and activities that support the Oxford Orphanage in Oxford, NC.

He describes himself as patient, diligent and having a certain intuition in matching people with properties. He is accessible and he believes in educating his clients about the market, the transaction process, and the financing process. Randy is willing to invest whatever time and energy is required to ensure each client’s long term satisfaction.
