These are just a few of the positive comments from clients over the past twenty years in real estate.  As a former educator with a teaching degree from the University of Tampa, Randy understands “reports”. If report cards were given for real estate agents he would receive the highest possible grades for his service and commitment to to his buyers and sellers and would receive extra credit for his availability, follow up and dogged persistence in helping them achieve their goals.

During a break from teaching he spent a successful stint as a ski instructor in Colorado where he also began his real estate career in Aspen selling mountain homes in the Rocky Mountains before relocating to western North Carolina. He is still an avid and skilled skier and a mountain bike rider as well as enjoying kayaking, chess, and golf. Randy is also a devoted father of two and enjoys sharing the slopes with them as well as being highly involved with horses and a love of all animals.

After 20 years Randy says he still truly enjoys helping people navigate the challenges of purchasing or selling a home and he feels that his careful listening to his clients concerns is critical to achieving a successful transaction.
