SANDY PIERCY is one of those people who just happen to be lucky enough to truly call North Carolina "home. He is a native of the Asheville area and graduated from Mitchell High School. He studied at Warren Wilson College and earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.

He spent the next fifteen years in management with two major companies in Asheville. His entrepreneurial spirit took over seventeen years ago when he began establishing his real estate career.
