Steve Carpenter is a Hendersonville native who spent ten years in Atlanta in a successful Marketing and Advertising career. His Advertising Agency won many honors including an ADDY for the "McGuffey's Reader" menu design for McGuffey's Restaurants.

Being away from the area afforded him the realization of what a truly unique and wonderful part of the country North Carolina is. He feels that the stresses of daily life that are so common elsewhere are minimized in this capsule we call Western North Carolina. He returned to Hendersonville with his wife of nine years and their two children to enjoy a higher quality of life.

Steve and his wife, being amateur real estate investors have bought and renovated several homes and lived in six of them. This gives him a greater appreciation of the stresses and strains that relocating can put on the family. He understands and can relate directly to the anxieties and fears of buying, selling or renovating a home as well as searching for another one.

He is dedicated to making your next move a trouble-free and pleasurable experience, either in the listing and sale of your present home or in the search for your new one. He will provide full-time professional a personal service.
