Sheila Craven is a native of Shelby, North Carolina. She discovered the beauty of Western North Carolina when she was a student at Western Carolina University in Cullowhee where she received a BS degree in psychology from the School of Education and Psychology with a concentration in Interior Design (ASID) and a minor in art.
For a time, life took her away from the mountains she had fallen in love with but eventually she met her goal to return. She became a licensed real estate agent in 1995 and earned her N. C. Broker’s License in 1996. She has been a top producing agent ever since. When you combine her real estate experience with her magnificent interior design expertise you have an agent that is a tremendous asset to any buyer or seller.
Sheila has been named to “Who’s Who in Interior Design”, “Who’s Who in Emerging Leaders in America” and “Who’s Who in American Women.” She has also served as an Ambassador for the Asheville Chamber of Commerce.
She has a grown son and an adorable grandson who lights up her life living in Greenville, South Carolina. When time allows they all enjoy hiking this beautiful area together as well as, antiquing and traveling.
