Charles “Skip” Paschall began his real estate and business brokerage career in 1970 in St. Petersburg, Florida. He soon realized his liking for the numbers end of the business and expanded his training into commercial brokerage as well. Finding that financing was always critical to business and commercial decisions, he went on to obtain his mortgage brokerage license in order to increase his effectiveness in handling business and commercial transactions. Skip says, “I subscribe to the idea that one can never stop learning and owe my success to that philosophy”.
Skip holds numerous real estate designations and achievement awards and continues to specialize in residential, land and commercial marketing and sales. He has served as Membership Chairman of the Haywood Home Builders Association and was a member of the Sales & Marketing Council of the Homebuilders Association of Metro Orlando.
Skip and his wife came to the mountains in the 1990’s and soon realized that they wanted to make the mountains their home. They moved here shortly thereafter. Skip obtained his North Carolina Broker’s license and began his real estate practice in Western North Carolina.
Skip believes that one has to give back to continue to receive and is active in his community. He volunteers at his church, enjoys cooking at the local food pantry and offers ad-hoc marketing input to the Asheville Bravo Concerts in their fund raising efforts.
In Skip’s free time, he loves primitive camping, playing his guitar and ukulele and plans to go back to singing with the Land of Sky Barbershop Chorus.
