Sonny is a second generation REALTOR® serving Hendersonville and Asheville since 2004. Sonny’s career paths in life have prepared him to be a well tuned listener, powerful negotiator, well versed in the area geography. He is appreciative of the mountain heritage and the rich history of the area. Sonny has always been a servant to the community professionally and civically. He has served in law enforcement, fire service and water treatment purification for the City of Hendersonville and Henderson County. These City and County Government careers provided Sonny with extensive knowledge of the many departments and their operations. He gained vast knowledge of the water and sewer infrastructure which has been key working with developers and new home communities. The fire service gave Sonny extensive knowledge of the impact growth has on the area in terms of emergency services, medical response, water infrastructure and the importance of protecting our slopes and mountain tops. Law enforcement provided Sonny with knowledge of the city and county geography, neighborhoods, commercial areas and industrial sites. This gives buyers clearity and insight to specific areas individually rather than the overall perspective. Sonny has the skills to help buyers find areas that are right for their families. Sellers also benefit because Sonny can identify the highest and best use of a property and target specific buyer personality types most likely to purchase his seller's properties.
As a lifelong resident, Sonny knows many of the people and businesses in the area and is able to recommend service providers that he trusts to his buyers and sellers.
