SHEILA STEWART

When you work with Sheila Stewart in real estate you can rest assured that you will receive the utmost in caring service. She emanates all that is good with the world and truly treats all of her buyers and sellers the way she would want to be treated.
Sheila is an Asheville native and a graduate of Stecoah High School (in the Bryson City area). Always a lover of science she went on to attend Clemson University where she studied Chemical Engineering. However, she took a different career turn when she became a paralegal and spent eight years in that profession for one of the areas favorite attorney’s. During this time she handled searching real estate titles and handling closings; which stood her in good stead for her future endeavors.
In 1988 she became a licensed contractor and spent over seven years building spec houses. She then made a decision to go into the resale side of real estate and discovered that she loves the entire personal one on one experiences of assisting both sellers and buyers.
She brings a wealth of knowledge of western North Carolina and all it has to offer. Whether a local seller or buyer, or an out of towner; her abundance of real estate experience and her extended expertise will always be obvious to her clients during the buying or selling transaction.
Married to her best friend, they are animal lovers, and feel privileged to be the caretakers of their three precious Siamese cats. They also enjoy the amenities that others move here for; hiking, mountain biking, fishing and water sports. Additionally they enjoy travel and gardening and reading are Sheila’s supreme forms of relaxation.
Sheila is highly active in her church and is a licensed chaplain with her church and through her church trained for Billy Graham’s Disaster Relief Program. She has also gone on short term mission trips with her church to the Czech Republic.
