MEET TANYA PLAUT
                      

This dynamic and intelligent woman is an asset to the real estate business and her company.

Tanya and her husband made the move to the beautiful green and cool mountains of Western North Carolina from the sunny state of Florida several years ago.  Throughout the years they purchased several homes in both North Carolina and Florida and enjoyed the challenges of the renovating/remodeling process. This experience has provided her with the insight to assist a seller with the best way to market a property as well as to assist a buyer with envisioning a property’s potential.

Tanya practiced law for thirty-five years in Central Florida, was a certified court mediator and a licensed real estate broker with a brokerage firm for twenty years before deciding on a full time real estate career in North Carolina. 

A woman who strives for excellence, Tanya was the first female trial lawyer in Central Florida when she opened her office in 1970 and was profiled in Orlando Magazine and Orlando Business Journal as one of Orlando’s Power Lawyers.

Buying and selling property is a serious business for both buyer and seller requiring a knowledgeable and determined agent.  Her personal motto: “ANTICIPATION,PREPARATION,COMMUNICATION, SATISFACTION” resulted in a successful legal career.   Because of her years assisting client’s with complicated legal issues Tanya brings her real estate clients that same special attention to detail and purpose. 

On a personal level, Tanya has two grown children; her son is a corporate pilot and her daughter has a highly successful sales career.  She and her husband are licensed pilots and enjoy the skies as much as their son.  They enjoy being in the outdoors with their German Shepherd, Teddy, gardening, crafts and entertaining friends and family.
