Born and raised on Long Island until the 7th grade, her life took a different turn, as families often do, and she moved to Houston with her father where she was raised through high school. She speaks of him with much pride and says he is the best entrepreneur and salesperson she has ever known. He taught her to always do her best; give 110% to any pursuit, work hard, be independent, be honest and treat people the way she would want to be treated. She is grateful for all of the wisdom he imparted to her in spite of the fact that he had only an 8th grade education.

When Tracy’s mom and brother relocated to Hendersonville, NC, she decided to join them and attended UNC-Asheville, where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business. Coming to western North Carolina brought her another bit of good fortune; meeting her future husband. They married after college and then spent 11 years traveling for job opportunities which took them to Raleigh, England, Chicago, Detroit and Atlanta. After the birth of their son, her husband was contacted and subsequently hired as an engineer at BorgWarner and she started her real estate career in Asheville.

Tracy’s marketing skills are proven, both in real estate and in her early business career in the beauty industry. She developed a 250 page bi-annual product catalog and advanced quickly to open a beauty product warehouse/sales center in Atlanta, GA. She advanced to Regional Sales Manager and handled 7 accounts in 7 states and achieved $8,000,000 in sales volume annually. Her customer service skills, marketing skills and sales skills continue to make her a standout as a real estate professional you will not only like, but also trust and respect.
