| My Residential Listings |
I’ve lived in beautiful western North Carolina all my life. My family and I enjoy life here to the fullest. A perfect vacation for us is a long weekend spent alongside a river or hiking a trail. When you live in paradise, why travel anywhere else? Of course, if Jimmy Buffett‘s appearing somewhere, I can be tempted to go and enjoy the show, but otherwise, I’m happy here. While real estate is a very serious business, the folks I work with know that we’ll have some fun too.
If you’re in the market for your own piece of paradise, or if you have property to sell, I can help. In addition to my Real Estate Broker’s License, I’ve been an independent fee appraiser since 1994, so my clients are always updated about property values. There’s no reason to pay more than fair market value, even for a perfect location.
My clients know that I make their priorities my own, and once I’m working on their behalf, my tenacity knows no bounds. I’d like to put my energies to work for you. With the strong backing provided by Beverly Hanks Associates, I know you’ll be satisfied with the end result. Give me a call or drop me an email so we can get your project underway.
Client Comment:
"I was fortunate to begin working with Traci in 2006. We have seen some
exciting times together in this market in a short time! Traci has always
been cautious in her assessment of properties and she has never encouraged
me to purchase anything that did not turn out to be a compelling value.
She has been extremely considerate of my time, and I cannot think of an
instance where I believed my time was wasted looking at a potential purchase or a
comparable. She is exhaustive in her research of a property, I have never
seen this level of detail and quality of property analysis by an agent.
Her background as an appraiser helps her fairly present the positives and
negatives of a deal. Any aspect of evaluating, financing or closing a
deal is dealt with in a blindingly fast and professional manner. However, I
emphasize I have never felt pressured by Traci to buy anything, even when
there is a fire sale price on a property. The analysis must support the
purchase or it doesn't get her endorsement.
The business of buying and selling property is difficult to navigate
because there are conflicting motives on the part of the buyer, seller, and agents
involved. Since I cannot have the Pope or the Dalai Lama represent me in
transactions, I will settle for the level of honesty and integrity Traci
displays in her dealings. I have been buying rental properties and raw
land regularly since 1989. To acquire and manage property you need a team, and
Traci is on my team. Traci is the best real estate professional I have
worked with during that tenure. Period. Recently I sought her out to
represent me in a location slightly out of her jurisdiction, just for the
comfort of knowing the deal would be handled professionally. It was."
