I have been Office Sales Leader for the Beverly-Hanks Biltmore Park office for 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2009 and 2010. Most importantly, I was also winner of the "Raving Fans" award, a direct result of satisfied customers returning very positive evaluations to the office sales manager. I am consistently either the top selling agent, listing agent or have the top production each month. In a very challanging year, I was recognized at the 2009 Residential Broker Associate of the Year for the leading Real Estate company in WNC!
I have a sense of community calling Asheville my home for the past 21 years. I have been active with United Way, Mission's Children Hospital, PEP program of Buncombe County Schools, Make a Wish and so many other great programs that makes living here a very special place.
Originally from Maryland, in the suburbs of D.C., I have called Asheville home since 1990. I am a Clemson University graduate. Prior to entering real estate, I worked with the Asheville Chamber of Commerce and also spent five years in the mortgage/finance industry. My experience in both fields has been a huge help to my buyers and sellers.
My husband and I are the proud parents of 8 children/stepchildren. Consequently, I have excellent knowledge of the local school systems including the PEP program for special children and extraCurricular activities including sports on all levels. Family is very important to me and whatever your definition of family is, I want to help yours achieve a smooth move. Each family member has special needs and concerns that must be addressed. I will try to listen to everyone involved and assure their comfort level.
