Whit has a passion for helping others which makes him a natural for the real estate business. You will always be his number one priority.

Whit is a native of Mississippi, but could be considered a local, having relocated to Asheville in the mid-1980’s.  He was drawn to Asheville by its architectural charm as well as its diversity of neighborhoods and people.  He has lived in the West and East Asheville communities, and has worked in the downtown area and South Asheville areas, so his familiarity with our beautiful city is extensive.

Whit’s background in Human Resources and Business Operations Analysis translates well to assisting his Beverly-Hanks clients. His HR experience with a large numbers of employees makes him a professional who loves working with people of all ages and backgrounds, while his analytical skills bring to the table planning and analysis of his clients’ wants and needs.

Whit’s interests include hiking the many trails in our area, especially the ones off the Blue Ridge Parkway.  He enjoys U.S. and international travel, and has often enjoyed providing suggested itineraries for visitors to our area.
