Jocelyn
Born and raised in Asheville, Jocelyn is a true native. As the daughter of a local builder and developer, Brent Nappier, she has always been surrounded by the housing and real estate business. While growing up, her passion for real estate developed early, and she has fond memories of visiting construction sites and helping to prepare model homes.
Knowing that she wanted to stay in the mountains of Western North Carolina, Jocelyn made the decision to attend Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. There she graduated with a BS in Technology, and a minor in Art. She applies her art design training to her love for interior design and decorating, and can easily envision the endless possibilities a house has to offer as soon as she walks in the door.
Jocelyn enjoys life with her husband Jeff Huntley, a native of Charlotte, and President of Nappier and Turner Construction Company Inc. When not working with real estate clients, you can find Jocelyn making pottery, hiking with her dog, knitting, making candles, or working in the garden. She believes we all have a personal responsibility for this great earth, and is an ECO Certified Realtor.
Whitney
Whitney was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and grew up in Dallas, Texas. She then attended the University of Texas at Austin where she was active in her sorority, Zeta Tau Alpha, and graduated with a BS in Early Childhood Education.
Although Whitney planned to stay in Austin and teach, she met and married her husband, Justin, a Navy pilot, and moved to Florida where he was stationed at NAS Pensacola. In 2005, he completed his service in the Navy and took his current job as a FedEx pilot. Feeling the need to relocate from Florida, they soon discovered Asheville. Instantly, Whitney and Justin fell in love with the mountains and the eclectic mix that Asheville offers. Before long, they packed their bags and headed for North Carolina.
Whitney enjoys spending time with her husband and his two children, Jake and Taylor. When not working with real estate clients, you can find Whitney hiking with her two dogs, reading a book, sewing, cycling, or windsurfing in the OBX.
