EDUCATION IS A WAY OF LIFE at Beverly-Hanks & Associates. We know that in order to service buyers and sellers in an ever-changing market our agents must be the most informed professionals in the field of real estate. Our ongoing In House training programs meet the needs of the new licensee AND the experienced professional as well.
New Agent Training
Our new agents attend a comprehensive training program consisting of 60 hours covering everything from legal subjects and consequences to getting started in the business. Upon completion of the initial training, new licenses are involved in a Fast Start program at which time they receive the assistance and follow up to implement the training they have received.
Experienced Agent Training
Ongoing training is provided for the experienced agent updating them on current changes in legal documents and Law changes, Business Planning, Servicing Customers and Clients, Personal Marketing, and Mandatory Continuing Education classes.
Mandatory Continuing Education
Mandatory Continuing Education classes are held each year at Beverly-Hanks & Associates providing the required education for maintaining a valid license and obtaining knowledge for the protection of the general public.
