She really went above and beyond, especially with the purchase of our new home - she negotiated on our behalf and worked tirelessly to ensure we were able to purchase the home we really wanted. She coordinated inspections and relayed so many details to us, she helped us understand the process and was always readily available for questions or concerns. Amanda is also a joy to be around, and we simply have fun hanging out with her! Our house sold in 2 weeks flat - and she was so confident that it would - and she was right! She knows her market and helped us get more for our house than we had thought it was worth. The on-line document signing software was also amazing - we had not experienced that before - what a convenience and time saver!
