Luxury Portfolio defines luxury homes as those priced at $1 Million or more. This threshold is meant to represent the most elite tier of homes for sale. However, at Beverly-Hanks, the million-dollar mark is not wholly inclusive of our most elite homes. That’s why, outside of Buncombe and Henderson Counties, we consider homes priced over $750,000 to be of luxury caliber.
