Andrew Rible
About Me
Born in California, I've lived in North Carolina for most of my life. I love Asheville and the surrounding area. In my free time I enjoy hiking, yoga, and tennis, and I am an active member of my church.
Experience
My background in sales, massage therapy, and as a behavioral health technician has given me the unique opportunity to negotiate and work closely with a wide range of clients and customers. Being a retail stock trader has also given me a good market sense. I'll apply these skills in order to assist you through the home buying or selling process, see that you get the results that you want, and ensure that it is as stress free as possible.
Testimonials
From day one of being introduced to Andrew Rible, we knew we were placed with the right representative. His energy level aligned perfect with ours. Nashville, Tennessee isn't just around the corner from Asheville. We needed someone who was interested in us, our needs, and cared about the outcome. Andrew took time with us, listened and delivered results. From our initial requests for area videos and of the property we initially wanted, he never showed hesitation. He delivered! He treated us with respect and like one of his own closest friends or family members. We could not have asked for a better, well-mannered individual with a cool demeanor. This young man cares and is a super star! If you were looking for a realtor, make no hesitation ... ask for Andrew Rible!!!!

Is there a best time of the year to buy a house?
When it comes to buying a home, there are pros and cons for each season. Generally, the best season to buy a home is in late summer or fall. There are still plenty of homes for sale, but without the intense competition found during spring. Sellers are also known for being a bit more flexible this time of the year. Zillow reports that the highest number of listings with at least one price reduction are found August–September. However, the deeper buyers venture into fall, the less choice is available. If you value choice, and you want more buyers competing for the home you are leaving, spring could be your best season. Ultimately, the best time to buy a home is when you’re financially ready to do so.
