I am outgoing, socially minded, and my friends tell me I can be pretty darn fun. This may be the reason that I am still married to Lee Ann after more than 35 years. Together, we have moved to seven different cities, bought and sold nine homes, raised two beautiful daughters (dads are allowed to say that), Katie and Susan, and now enjoy our best buddy dog, Norman. Now, in Asheville, I recognize that there is something new to discover every day. Let me show you!

My previous career in hospitality and senior care allowed my family to enjoy some of the great cities of the world—among them, Denver; Melbourne, Australia; Bethesda, Maryland; and Washington, DC. Needless to say, I fully understand the excitement and concerns that come with a move. Whether you are moving across town or out of the region, I look forward to sharing my experience with you.
Living in and remodeling two homes in Asheville, I have created partnerships throughout Western North Carolina that can be vital during and after a successful sale. My wife’s career as a high school math teacher and our experience of moving with children have also helped me understand the importance of schools as a buying consideration. Is there a best time of the year to buy a house?
