When is a property considered a “luxury” home in WNC?

In order to connect local home sellers with luxury buyers around the world, Beverly-Hanks is proud to partner with Luxury Portfolio InternationalⓇ, a network of the most powerful independent brokerage firms for luxury properties in the world. Luxury Portfolio defines luxury homes as those priced at $1 Million or more. This threshold is meant to represent the most elite tier of homes for sale. However, at Beverly-Hanks, the million-dollar mark is not wholly inclusive of our most elite homes. That’s why, outside of Buncombe and Henderson Counties, we consider homes priced over $750,000 to be of luxury caliber.
