Originally from Muscle Shoals, AL I had grew up helping my father who is a licensed Home Inspector. My education of residential construction was not limited to floor plans as my father had me on rooftops and in crawlspaces. After college, I spent a year in Las Vegas and then off to Big Sky, MT . Was employed by the world's only private ski and golf community for two years where I learned high end service and hospitality. This experience taught me that real estate was not only a difference in scenery but a lifestyle change. After relocating to St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands I maintained a high-end service attitude with respect to privacy. I didn't know it at the time, but my experience in hospitality was sharpening my skills that I would later use in life. Now that I have navigated my way to Western North Carolina and have a family of my own, I am using the tools that not only were taught to me from my father but that I had learned working in luxury resorts. You can now find me as the on-site sales associate for the amazing mountain-top community Grand Highlands at Bearwallow Mountain. Myself, Grand Highlands, and my family are so blessed to be apart of Beverly-Hanks, which represents the core values to make the Life that you choose become a reality.

What steps can I take to minimize the health risk of a home showing?
As we face the challenges of COVID-19, my priority is our health. I am also committed to supporting my clients who are still out looking at homes, putting their homes on the market, writing contracts, and closing on life’s most significant transaction. Here are a few of the strategies I’m using to minimize your health risks when home showings occur.
- I will inquire as to whether anyone has been ill over the last 14 days.
- As a seller, I will encourage you to avoid coming into contact with buyers by going for a walk outside or retiring to another part of the home.
- I’ll ask that visitors minimize the touching of doorknobs, light switches, and other items in a home.
- I recommend having gloves, hand sanitizer, and disinfectant wipes available.
- I will recommend that visitors remove their shoes out of respect for your home and health.
