We are home.®

Deborah has lived in the Western End of North Carolina all of her life. She followed her father, who was an avid pheasant and grouse hunter, all over the hills and valleys long before she fell in love with this area on her own. After raising two children, Deborah decided to share her love and knowledge of the area with others who wanted a beautiful place to live, play and raise their own children. We have so very much to offer in culture, arts, music and shear beauty that she thinks the world would be a better place, if others came to live or visit our towns, hot springs, countryside and mountains. You will be welcome, you will find more than you expected and Deborah can help you experience that from the eye of someone who has grown up in one of the most amazing places in the world. Now she shares her home with her husband of 40 years and 3 dogs (one rescue, one Basenji, and on Papillon). The grandchildren visit and love to visit the Nature Center, local exhibits and fun open spaces.

Deborah has spent her entire adult life working with the public. Many of those years have been spent in the health care field. There was a junction several years ago that led her into the realm of real estate. She attended the well thought of Cumbie and Trull School of Real Estate in Asheville obtaining her Real Estate License and has spent many hours in continuing education since trying to learn as much as she could to be a help to those looking to relocate to the Haywood/Buncombe County area. She has lived in both counties and enjoys Asheville, Waynesville and all the surrounding towns and communities. She has spent many hours walking/hiking the land with buyers to find the perfect spot to build a home, a picnic area or barn. Deborah has discovered with each transaction there is always something new to learn and enjoys the process to complete the task.
