We are home.®
I have lived in some of the most beautiful places in North America, including British Columbia and Montana. I have camped, hiked, paddled, biked, and snowboarded across the U.S.
As a native of the Asheville area, no matter where I have moved to, Western North Carolina has always drawn me back. Asheville has and will always be home for me! Growing up here made WNC a part of who I am.
Exploration has been a part of my being from childhood. From discovering new trails on a mountain bike, to floating many of the rivers and creeks, I was born with a desire to wander Western North Carolina. It was my backyard to search and explore long before the internet.
History is another passion of mine. I am proud to be a multigenerational native of WNC. From bootleggers to tobacco barons, my family has been a part of the area's rich narrative. Asheville’s unique history is a story that I love to study and tell.
As you can tell, I have a love for this place that runs through to my core. I am excited and happy to show off this area and help you find your own piece of this paradise. Give me a call and let's explore your future in Western North Carolina together.
Asheville and the surrounding area was my first love. Growing up here as a child allowed me to learn the area like the back of my hand. I was blessed to be from the mountains of Western North Carolina, and they are a part of who I am, from history to culture.
Most of my working career has involved experiences with some focus on the real estate business. I moved to different places in the U.S. and gained experience in construction of luxury homes, property management, and surveying property with an engineering and surveying company.
Right out of college, I started working in real estate. I graduated with a degree in outdoor experiential education from Appalachian State University. I went to work for a commercial warehouse leasing business, managing a 375,000-square-foot warehouse complex in Asheville. In 2002, I earned my real estate license for the first time. Experiencing many sides of real estate, from leasing to representing buyers and sellers in commercial and residential transactions, made me realize how much I enjoy working with clients.
Architecture appreciation and highest and best use of property are passions of mine. Looking at listed homes and imagining what potential a property could have provides me immense satisfaction. I really enjoy helping people—whether it's serving the community through volunteer work or helping clients locate homes and realizing their home’s potential.
Homes we love.
