About Me

My husband and I, along with our three girls, live in Waynesville, NC. After residing in several cities such as Miami, Naples, Knoxville, and Dallas, for project work, we fell in love with Haywood County and made it our home.

In Miami, Florida, I received a bachelor’s degree in film with a minor in business from the University of Miami. I went on to earn a master’s degree in motion pictures at the School of Communication there and currently enjoy location scouting for future screenwriting projects.

Before I began my real estate career, I consider myself blessed to have worked at some great companies known for their excellence: Chick-fil-A, Red Bull, Elastic Pictures, Ritz-Carlton, The Inn on Fifth, and The Grand Reserve were all wonderful experiences that instilled my spirit of excellence and commitment to customer service.

Experience

Years of exploring different areas gave me a broad approach to real estate. From living at lakefront RV parks to townhomes in major cities, from mountain homes to a sheep farm, my ability to evaluate all types of real estate properties is unique. Whether it’s an investment property, primary residence, or mountain retreat, I enjoy the process of discovering the gems in Western North Carolina.

Testimonials

I was lucky to have a trusted friend recommend Heili Chadwick to help sell mom's house. She was helpful, friendly, competent and professional. Her ideas about staging the house were right on target. Just overall a great experience.

Heili went above and beyond our expectations through every part of the process of searching for and buying a home in Waynesville. Heili was excellent in every way.

Heili Chadwick was a true pleasure to work with, professional and always caring and attentive to our opinion and needs, even when we changed our mind! Specifically, we decided to apply for a mortgage halfway through the application process rather than pay cash. This meant a lot more paperwork, but Heili did not blink and steered us through the process. Thanks to everyone, at Beverly Hanks Waynesville, and especially to Heili Chadwick! Is there a best time of the year to buy a house?

When it comes to buying a home, there are pros and cons for each season. Generally, the best season to buy a home is in late summer or fall. There are still plenty of homes for sale, but without the intense competition found during spring. Sellers are also known for being a bit more flexible this time of the year. Zillow reports that the highest number of listings with at least one price reduction are found August–September. However, the deeper buyers venture into fall, the less choice is available. If you value choice, and you want more buyers competing for the home you are leaving, spring could be your best season. Ultimately, the best time to buy a home is when you’re financially ready to do so.
