About Me

In my spare time, I am a dance mom/music groupie mom of two spirited kiddos. My daughter is in middle school and is a competition dancer, so she keeps me on my toes...Literally! My son is in elementary school and loves to play the guitar. I teach Sunday school for preschoolers at The Biltmore Church in Hendersonville, so most Sundays that is where you will find me.

I love to travel and adventure to new places. Staying fit and healthy is a passion and one of the core values in our family. I try to find my Zen daily through yoga, Pilates and weightlifting. I’m also a chicken mom with a flock of more than 25 birds including two very protective geese, Sabastian and Fiona. We also have a German Shepard named Leti and two cats, Ms. Kitty and Eli.

I believe mindset is everything! I try to find the sunshine in every day. Some days you just have to look a little harder than others to find it!

With over 20 years experience in sales and marketing, I bring a competitive advantage representing you as your REALTORⓇ. I love to negotiate, I love a good deal, and I love to win! I am an excellent communicator with the ability to actively manage change. Whether you are looking for an investment property, a second home on the lake, your forever home, or your very first home, I would be honored to assist you in the process.

My real estate adventure started back in 2005 in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago where I grew up. My husband and I have been investing in real estate since then. From flipping houses, overseeing long-term rentals, managing Airbnbs, completing land improvements, and even renovating a 24-acre abandoned farm into a retreat—we have done it all! We have an eye for finding hidden gems that just need a little TLC and creativity to be brought back to life and repurposed.

One recent project was creating The Rutherfordton Retreat, a working goat farm where we even hosted goat yoga. This is what moved us to Lake Lure full time in 2020 from the South Suburbs of Charlotte. In the heart of the pandemic, when the world was closed down, we opened a place to bring the joy of baby goats to others. Selling our retreat in the summer of 2022 made me realize how I could help others achieve their real estate dreams as well.

Is there a best time of the year to buy a house?

When it comes to buying a home, there are pros and cons for each season. Generally, the best season to buy a home is in late summer or fall. There are still plenty of homes for sale, but without the intense competition found during spring. Sellers are also known for being a bit more flexible this time of the year. Zillow reports that the highest number of listings with at least one price reduction are found August–September. However, the deeper buyers venture into fall, the less choice is available. If you value choice, and you want more buyers competing for the home you are leaving, spring could be your best season. Ultimately, the best time to buy a home is when you’re financially ready to do so.
