We are home.®
A New England native, I have been a resident of Western North Carolina since 1995. Although well traveled both here and abroad, these mountains have become my home. Asheville, with its vibrant arts and culture, small-town feel, and accessible natural beauty has won my heart.
I enjoy local theater, hiking, and sampling the wide variety of food experiences Asheville has to offer. I also give time offering support to women affected by another’s addiction or infidelity.
My diverse background includes an M.S. in Computer Science, which provides a solid confidence using the cutting edge technology necessary to give my clients the competitive edge required in today's real estate market.
As the wife of a retired physician and home-school mother of two sons, I am detail oriented, able to juggle many time sensitive tasks, and manage to maintain my serenity amid chaos! My sons are now grown so I have the best excuse to visit NYC and DC as often as I can.
I’ve had other careers but in real estate I have truly found my calling. If you'd like to gain more insight into what it would be like to work with me, click to read my professional portfolio. In essence, I am a people-person who loves a creative challenge!
Helping people fulfill their dreams with ease & confidence…
I came to real estate after a 15-year career as an award-winning professional textile artist. As surprising as it may seem, my art business has given me the perfect tools to thrive in real estate and provide exemplary service. Much like designing one-of-a-kind artwork, every real estate transaction has its own personality. Each requires a keen eye for tracking numerous components, and an open mind to handle the inevitable surprises and unexpected challenges that surface along the way.
Creating and selling commissioned artwork also honed my ability to listen, helping people discover what is important to them, find solutions, and help them narrow down possibilities. This has translated into my success at focusing accurately on my clients’ needs and wants while providing them valuable market knowledge. My approach gives them clarity and confidence to make decisions easily and quickly.
My creativity and tenacity are apparent while marketing, negotiating, and problem-solving for my clients throughout each transaction. I excel at selling listings, as well as helping buyers find homes and investments that meet their requirements in a timely manner.
