What types of repairs does a seller typically make for a home buyer?

It really depends on the market and the motivation of the parties involved. Repair requests usually signal the second round of negotiations and can be frustrating if sellers are not expecting them. While it's hard to not take these requests personally, it is common for buyers to use home inspections to try and better their position. I encourage both my buyers and sellers to focus on the condition of comparably priced properties, whether another offer is likely, and if the defect is something that will need to be disclosed to all future buyers.

The home was far above the standards of anything else in the surrounding community, and difficult to value. In addition, I am not always an easy person with which to deal. I very much liked Mark, and his ability to work within my requirements. I insisted on doing every showing myself (how that must have been difficult for a realtor), but he seemed to agree that only I could explain the features of this unique property. In providing this response, I know that I am far from typical. But I would say to you, Mark Allmond is a rare find. I think his talents are yet to be fully seen. Nobody made much money out of my deal, but that was my own fault. I would recommend Mark to any of my friends or family.
