I met with her on several occasions before listing with her and was impressed that she not only was incredibly knowledgable about real estate, but was a great listener and made it her job to understand what we wanted. She was also patient with us when we didn't always know what we wanted and was great about reviewing houses with us while we figured it out. She was also meticulous with the necessary paperwork and logistics along the way. When the other agent(s) slipped up, she was kind and helped them, which not everyone would have done. In a world where everyone is not always kind to each other, she stands out. Margo always came through as our advocate and made the process as easy as it could be. Margo Barbee is absolutely the most capable, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional real estate person in this area. What an incredible asset you have representing BH. In addition, not only did she stay on top of my interests, but she had to stay on top of the buyer's agent who did not serve their clients well. She is amazing!!! I would trust her to sell any property and have already referred a good friend to her. It was a great experience working with Margo, especially considering we were under a very tight timeframe. We managed to buy a new home, list our current home, and close both houses in record time. She walked us through every process and made us comfortable. Margo is an excellent agent, honest, knowledgeable and made us feel like we were her only buyers (which was certainly not the case). Margo is a great communicator and got back to us immediately when we called, texted or emailed. She was always patient when we looked at the smallest details of each home. She never made us feel rushed or hurried. It took us about a year and a half to find our home and Margo was right with us the whole time. We've bought and sold five homes throughout the country and Margo is our favorite agent. We've already told a friend who will be selling a home about Margo.
