This was a long-distance transaction...we came down for three days to look at Champion Hills and a few houses. She lived in the neighborhood and I knew she had a personal interest in selling our home. When we were finalizing a contract on our home there was a snow storm that had all roads impassable. She walked in the snow with computer and documents and helped us to complete all our documents without a single complaint!!!
